One bedroom rates begin at around $2,000/month at a three month minimum. Two bedrooms will begin at around $2,500/month at the same three month minimum. Month-to-month pricing is also available. Suburb or community within the greater Tampa metropolitan area will cause the cost to vary, as well as traveling with a pet or other certain amenities such as weekly housekeeping.

What is included in the rate?

We offer corporate housing at a flat, low rate to our guests.
